Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified Accounting Supervisor to join our team. As an Accounting Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our organization and ensuring compliance with accounting principles.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the day-to-day activities of the accounting department.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
- Implement and maintain accounting procedures and internal controls.
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process.
- Coordinate with auditors and tax authorities.
- Train and mentor junior accounting staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
