Job Description
- In charge of AP, AR, bookkeeping, journal entry, BIR, and financial statement preparation.
- Assist staff in preparing monthly and quarterly accounting reports.
- Analyze financial statements for accuracy and compliance with accounting practices.
- Identify cash flow issues and financial irregularities.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure budget compliance.
- Prepare tax returns and ensure timely tax payments.
- Perform general ledger account reconciliations.
- Supervise and guide accounting clerks and junior staff.
- Provide regular financial updates to management.
- Handle other tasks as assigned by superiors or management.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php30,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary

- Bachelor’s (Required)
Experience:
- Accounting Supervisor: 5 years (Required)
