Job Description
Qualifications & Experience:
- Must be a BS Accountancy graduate; CPA is an advantage.
- Eight (8) years of work experience in a large/multi-national company, with three (3) years in a supervisory role.
- Work exposure in SAP Accounting System is required.
- Preferably living within the MuntiParlas or Calabarzon area.
- Immediate availability by February/March 2024.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Prepares monthly Financial Statements and consolidation.
- Prepares/reviews monthly journal entries for month-end closing.
- Prepares/reviews Indirect Budget.
- Responsible for the monthly revaluation of selected receivable and payable accounts.
- Prepares Quarterly and Annual reports to JGC Yokohama.
- Prepares/reviews reconciliation and analysis of selected balance sheet and P&L accounts.
- Prepares/reviews journal entries for monthly accrual of expenses and adjusting entries based on analysis and reconciliation.
- Prepares/reviews the monthly Budget Control and Monitoring Report (BCMR).
- Assists external auditor in year-end audit.
