Job Description
We are seeking an Accounting Supervisor to oversee and lead our accounting department at LEGADO CAR SALES, INC. The ideal candidate will work closely with the accounting team and assist the Finance Manager.
Job Description:
- Perform general accounting tasks.
- Maintain accurate financial records in journals, general ledger, and accounts.
- Enter financial data into accounting software and ensure data accuracy.
- Monitor receipts for BIR audits and check various financial entries.
- File tax-related documents and reports.
- Train, mentor, and supervise accounting staff.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
- CPA License is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Accounting Systems, BIR, SEC compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Suite and tax matters handling.
- Good communication skills and at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Location: Ortigas, Pasig City.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Salary Range: Php25,00.00 – Php27,00.00 per month
