Job Description
Help in the preparation of budgets, reports, and financial statements.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations, adjustments, and accruals.
- Prepare and submit tax returns (ITR, VAT, 1601C and E), prepare quarterly and annual alphalist.
- Assist auditors and other regulatory agencies during audits and examinations.
- Monitors, updates and follow-ups the accounts receivables of the company.
- Prepares and monitors cash flow.
- Handles and submit SEC filing requirements.
- Sales commission computation.
- Checking invoices for payments and expenses to ensure accuracy.
- Other duties related to finance & accounting may be assigned by the immediate superior or manager.
