Job Description
Main Responsibility:
- Accounting and reporting
- Balance sheet accounts reconciliation and resolutions
- Statutory reporting and compliances
- Permits and licensing
- Business/Financial planning
- Master data review and updating
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall accounting including monthly books closing
- Responsible for the timely preparation and submission of monthly/quarterly management reports
- Ensure compliance with IVL group instructions and guidelines for Hyperion submission and other reports
- Timely submission of statutory reports and tax return filings and payments
- Tax planning and compliances with direct and indirect taxation
- Lead/point person during internal/external audits and statutory compliances
- Balance sheet reconciliation, review, and reporting
- Coordinate Business Plan with stakeholders and consolidate analyzed data
- Rolling financial estimates and variance analyses
- Facilitate system enrollment for item codes, vendors, and customers
- Coordinate with Shared Services (Treasury, API, and Payroll)
- Handle permits, licenses, and ad-hoc reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Minimum 5 years of related experience in General, Management Accounting, and Budgeting
- Auditing and/or Corporate Finance experience
- Proficient in MS Excel, reports modelling, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of SAP/ERP is a plus
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: Php30,00.00 – Php40,00.00 per month
