Job Description
Principal Functions & Responsibilities
- Prepare Analysis of Accounts to ensure completeness of entries
- Prepare BS Schedules for Due from VS/MS/WEC, Miscellaneous Receivables – Others, Miscellaneous Receivables – Suppliers, Miscellaneous Receivables – SS, Miscellaneous Deposits, and Construction in progress
- Analyze and check the monthly Journal Vouchers, Debit Memo, Issuance of Uniform, Supplies and Non-merchandise issuance
- Check the Monthly Bank Reconciliation and BS schedules
- Prepare Construction cost for Insurance purposes
- Prepare the Closing of CIP-store Account
- Check the month-end adjusting entries
- Analyze and check COS vs Sales monthly
- Prepare P&L analysis
- Prepare Monthly Financial Package & YTD
- Prepare Labor Cost per store
- Prepare interim reports
- Assist annual external audit
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or Commerce
- Background from retail industry is an advantage
- Background from Quickbooks software is an advantage
- With excellent computer, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and communicate schedule
- Can Start Immediately
- Willing to be assigned in San Pedro, Laguna
