Job Description

· Will handle and direct point person for Accounting Concerns of the companies assigned by the Finance and Accounting Director and the President of the Company.

· Processing of payroll and government mandated benefits.

· In charge of Accounts Receivables and Payables.

· Reconciling the company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers and journal entry.

· Completing analysis of the employee and company expenditures.

· Managing income and expenditure accounts.

· Prepare financial reports, bookkeeping, bank reconciliation including outgoing and incoming funds.

· Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations.

· Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.

· Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.

· Prepare liquidation of expenses; record expenses accordingly.

· Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.

· Process payroll and government mandated benefits of the company.

· Other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior or higher management.
