Job Description
- Performs the month-end accounting close and ensures that closing activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Communicates, collaborates and coordinates with all Hotel properties and departments in relation to the month-end closing process, requirements and deadlines.
- Provides variance reports and analyses for revenues and expenses against budget and prior period financial reports.
- Assists in the development and implementation of financial strategies, budgets and forecasts.
- Conducts financial analysis, identify trends and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
- Monitors and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and introduces process improvements to ensure financial objectives are met.
- Does other ad hoc reports as may be assigned from time to time.
