Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accounting Supervisor to join our team at World Class Laminate Inc. As an Accounting Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of accountants in performing day-to-day accounting tasks.
- Review and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and financial statement preparation.
- Collaborate with internal departments to improve financial procedures and controls.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting. Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) are essential.
