Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Accounting Supervisor to join our team. As an Accounting Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our accounting department, ensuring accurate financial records, and providing guidance to the accounting team.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the accounting team in their daily tasks
- Review and analyze financial statements for accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate and assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets
- Ensure all transactions are properly recorded and documented
- Implement and maintain effective internal control procedures
- Conduct regular audits to identify potential financial risks
- Provide guidance to team members on accounting principles and procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
