Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Daily checking of Subcontractor Insurances
- Monthly raising of Claims and turn into Sales Invoice every ledger close
- Creating Non Job and Job contracts
- Setting up supplier and customer credit applications in the system
- Updating employees licenses
- Assisting in actioning of shared inbox
- Action & response to emailed requests in a timely manner
- Assisting in preparation of month end reports or any Ad hoc task
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/or any Business-related course
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in the same field
- Can speak both English and Tagalog
- Can start ASAP
A Successful Candidate Must Have
- Knowledge of any accounting software is desired
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel in particular)
- High accuracy to details
- Must be a team player and can work with less supervision
- Excellent time management and strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 6:55 AM to 3:55 PM
