Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Daily checking of Subcontractor Insurances
  • Monthly raising of Claims and turn into Sales Invoice every ledger close
  • Creating Non Job and Job contracts
  • Setting up supplier and customer credit applications in the system
  • Updating employees licenses
  • Assisting in actioning of shared inbox
  • Action & response to emailed requests in a timely manner
  • Assisting in preparation of month end reports or any Ad hoc task

Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/or any Business-related course
  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in the same field
  • Can speak both English and Tagalog
  • Can start ASAP

A Successful Candidate Must Have

  • Knowledge of any accounting software is desired
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel in particular)
  • High accuracy to details
  • Must be a team player and can work with less supervision
  • Excellent time management and strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 6:55 AM to 3:55 PM
