Job Description
As an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the accounting team with various tasks and ensuring accurate financial records. Your role will involve maintaining and reconciling accounts payable and receivable, generating financial statements, processing invoices and expense claims, and providing support during month-end and year-end closing.
To succeed in this position, you should possess a strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of accounting principles. Proficiency in using accounting software and tools, such as QuickBooks or Excel, is highly desirable. Previous experience or a degree in accounting or finance is an advantage.
