Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable (A/P) Team Lead. As the Team Lead, your main responsibilities will include overseeing and managing all aspects of the accounts payable process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of accounts payable professionals.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments.
- Review and approve invoices and payment requests.
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update accounts payable records and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and improve processes.
- Provide training and guidance to team members.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
