Job Description
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a 4-year course (Bachelor’s degree holder or equivalent)
- Must have 1 year of professional working experience.
- Basic or general knowledge and understanding of accounting standards and procedures
- Experience in using ERP systems (Oracle), Concur System, and Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is a plus
- Must have stable internet connection for work-from-home arrangement
- Preferably residing in Laguna or nearby areas
- Work Schedule: Full mid-shift, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
- Process AP invoices accurately and timely
- Handle invoice discrepancies and inquiries
- Assist employees in Concur system navigation
- Perform AP audits and reviews
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Temporary
Contract length: 5 months
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php23,00.00 per month
