Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Administrator to join HEQS Wholesale Group. The ideal candidate will oversee accounts payable processes, ensure financial records’ accuracy, and process invoices promptly.
The Accounts Payable Administrator will reconcile vendor statements, handle inquiries, and assist with month-end closing. Strong communication skills and an accounting/finance background are preferred.
