Job Description
The Accounts Payable Analyst position is a crucial role within Equus Software’s finance department. As an Accounts Payable Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and processing all incoming invoices and ensuring timely payments to vendors and suppliers. Your main responsibilities will include reviewing and verifying invoices, reconciling discrepancies, and resolving payment-related issues. You will also need to maintain accurate records of all transactions and provide regular reports to management.
Furthermore, you will play a key role in implementing and improving internal control procedures to optimize the accounts payable process. Your strong attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in ensuring accuracy and efficiency in invoice processing and payment management.
We are looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field, along with at least two years of experience in accounts payable. Proficiency in accounting software and strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices are also required.
