Job Description
Our company, Emapta, is currently seeking a well-organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Accounts Payable Assistant. As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you will play a vital role in our finance department, ensuring that all payments are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Processing invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents accurately.
- Verifying the accuracy of invoices and resolving any discrepancies.
- Ensuring that all payments are made in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Reconciling vendor statements and resolving any issues or discrepancies.
- Assisting with month-end closing activities.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in accounts payable or a related role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately.
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
