Job Description
As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you will be responsible for processing invoices, verifying transactions, and reconciling discrepancies. You will assist in maintaining vendor records and ensuring timely payments. Strong attention to detail and familiarity with accounting software are essential for this role.
Your duties will involve communicating with vendors, resolving billing issues, and supporting month-end closing activities. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles and excellent organizational skills.
