Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Assistant to join our team in a remote contractor role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, verifying financial data, and reconciling accounts payable transactions.
Key responsibilities include maintaining vendor files, communicating with suppliers, and ensuring timely payments. The Accounts Payable Assistant will work closely with the finance team to support day-to-day operations and contribute to the overall efficiency of the department.
Experience in accounts payable or a related field is preferred. Strong communication skills and proficiency in accounting software are essential for this role.
