Job Description
Position Summary:
Support One Financial Shared Services for the whole Advanced Energy Industries Inc. and its subsidiaries. Consolidate and improve financial processes and procedures through innovation and commitment to excellence, driving synergy and developing human capital within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Review, book, and process invoices accurately. Ensure correct invoice information is encoded in the system and conduct proper 3-way matching with no major errors or audit issues.
- Manage Invoice Hold Management, resolving any invoice issues in coordination with relevant parties.
- Handle internal, external, and vendor inquiries, reconcile statements of account, and provide invoice status updates.
- Reconcile balance sheets and report on time, as well as manage freight reconciliation and journal entries.
Skills:
- Accounts Payable/Treasury knowledge
- Familiarity with government tax regulations
- Proficiency in SAP and other accounting systems
Qualifications:
- BSBA graduate majoring in Accounting or Business Administration
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
