Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Accounts Payable Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of all invoices and payments.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounts payable department
- Manage a team of accounts payable clerks, providing guidance and support
- Review and approve invoices and expense reports for payment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and resolve any discrepancies
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve invoicing issues and improve processes
To be successful in this role, you should have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
