Job Description
An Accounts Payable Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial activities related to the payment of invoices and coordination with vendors. They ensure accurate and timely processing of payments, manage accounts payable staff, and maintain proper financial records. The primary responsibilities include reviewing and verifying invoices, reconciling accounts, and resolving any discrepancies. The Accounts Payable Manager also develops and implements policies and procedures to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations. Strong analytical and organizational skills are essential for this role. The Accounts Payable Manager collaborates with other departments to resolve any issues related to payments and communicates with vendors to address any payment concerns.
