Job Description
We are seeking an organized Accounts Payable Officer to manage invoice processing, vendor reconciliations, payment runs, and expense controls. The role requires ensuring timely payments, accurate account coding, and compliance with company policies and internal controls.
- Qualifications: 1–3 years of AP experience; proficiency with accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks); strong Excel skills; keen attention to detail; effective written and verbal communication. Degree in Accounting or a related field preferred.
- Responsibilities: administer end-to-end AP processes, resolve vendor inquiries, prepare payment schedules, and support month-end close activities.
