Job Description
As an Accounts Payable Officer, your main responsibility is to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions. You will be responsible for maintaining and reconciling accounts payable records, verifying invoices, and resolving any discrepancies.
In addition, you will also be required to communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely payment of invoices and address any payment-related issues. To excel in this role, you should have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
A solid understanding of basic accounting principles and proficiency in using accounting software is also essential. Prior experience in accounts payable or a similar role is preferred.
