Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to join our team. As an Accounts Payable Officer, your main responsibility will be to ensure accurate and timely payments to our suppliers and vendors.
Your job duties will include reviewing invoices for accuracy, matching invoices with purchase orders, processing payments, and reconciling accounts. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all payment transactions and handling any payment discrepancies or issues that may arise.
The ideal candidate for this position must have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Prior experience in accounts payable or a related field is preferred.
