DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Validate and record all transactions in the oracle system for the accounts payable to the suppliers in a correct and timely manner.
• Follow strict internal controls over the disbursement process. This includes all payments on invoices, utilities, purchase orders, fund request or cash advance request.
• Follow guidelines, process, and standards for the advancement of cash for Company’s expenditures.
• To source the most viable and reasonable suppliers offering the best value of products and services.
• Prepare and correctly submit AP reports required by the management including but not limited to BIR reports
• Can perform other tasks that can be assigned to do on a case-to-case basis.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• With at least 2 years of experience
• Required Skills: Great communication skills, organized with keen attention to details, solutions oriented, diligent, trustworthy, highly oriented, and results-oriented.
• Knowledgeable in MS Applications
• Ability to work cross-functionality throughout all levels in the organization
• Can start ASAP
• Willing to work in Makati (Monday to Friday)
