Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our team at McAsia Food Trade Corporation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable department, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, managing vendor relationships, and leading a team of AP specialists.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor accounts payable staff
  • Review and approve invoices for payment
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Resolve any issues or discrepancies with vendors
  • Prepare reports for management on AP performance

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in accounts payable
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month

Benefits:

  • Promotion to permanent employee

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th-month salary
