Job Description
- Reviewing Billings sent via Email and Viber group for check creation.
- Double-checking billing summaries submitted by Accounts Payable team.
- Verifying Recurring Expenses billing before check creation.
- Reviewing cash payments and petty cash requests.
- Ensuring correctness of created checks and supporting documents.
- Submitting checks for approval and handling signed checks.
- Auditing expenses, monitoring funds, and recording store expenses.
- Reconciling payables and monitoring utilities.
- Performing other assigned duties and willing to work in Rockwell, Makati.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th-month salary
