Job Description
- Responsible for activities and operations in the accounts payable function for the company
- Facilitate monthly reports using accounting applications and software, and preparation for auditing processes
- Analyzes invoices and expense reports for accuracy and eligibility for payment
- Ensures timely payments of vendor invoices and expense vouchers and maintains accurate financial records and control reports
- Supervise and organize team department, and contribute to the development of processes and procedures
- Provide supporting documents for internal and external audit requirements
- Liaise and communicate with suppliers on a regular basis for accounts payable issues
