Job Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our finance team as an Accounts Payable Officer. As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will be responsible for managing the company’s accounts payable processes and ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
Your main responsibilities will include reviewing and verifying invoices, matching invoices with purchase orders and supporting documents, obtaining approval for payment, and processing payments to vendors. You will also be responsible for reconciling vendor statements, resolving billing discrepancies, and maintaining accurate financial records.
The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and a solid understanding of accounting principles. Additionally, proficiency in relevant accounting software and strong communication skills are required for this role.
