Job Description
The Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist position is responsible for managing the company’s financial transactions and maintaining accurate records of accounts payable and receivable. As an Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist, your main duties include processing invoices, reconciling statements, and monitoring payments. You will be required to review invoices for accuracy, obtain necessary approvals, and ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers.
Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing monthly financial reports, analyzing financial data, and identifying any discrepancies or potential issues. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel is required, and a basic understanding of financial principles and regulations is preferred.
