Job Description
Job Summary: The Accounts Payable Clerk at BCMCI will monitor cash outflow and ensure timely preparation of financial documents for submission.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify expense reports; reconcile financial reports.
- Facilitate vendor payments, ensure accuracy in documentation.
- Assist with accounting records, reconcile statements, and manage petty cash.
- Calculate and report sales tax, handle related tasks as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Reliability and trustworthiness are key.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, willingness to learn new software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain meticulous records with confidentiality.
Detailed Activity:
- Check payment documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare vouchers and checks, scan documents, and manage tax documents.
- Properly file and organize documents, prepare master files of suppliers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php13,00.00 – Php15,00.00 per month
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types: 13th-month salary
