Job Description

Ensure smooth operation of the Financial processing by handling the vendors invoices and recording commission payments accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Process Vendor Invoices and match them with purchase orders.
• Verify and record payroll and sales commission payments accurately.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions related to accounts payable.
• Ensure compliance to established guidelines, Internal policies, and best practices.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of accounts payable and related general Ledger accounts.
• Collaborate with the finance team and provide support during audits.
• Monitor accounts payable aging and statements to ensure timely payments to vendors. Perform vendor maintenance and verify compliance with established policies before onboarding.
• File periodic tax reports such as monthly/quarterly sales tax returns and annual 1099’s
• Assist with annual renditions for property tax reporting.

Qualifications:

• Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel Functions like Pivot Table, Lookups, IF, and nested formulas.
• Proven experience as AP Specialist.
• Proficient in using accounting software and ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to accurately manage complex financial data.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
