Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for processing invoices, verifying discrepancies, and ensuring timely payments to vendors.
The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail, excellent numerical skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in accounting software and a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable are required.
- Process invoices and expense reports
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Handle vendor inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies
- Maintain accurate financial records
