Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and ensuring the smooth operation of the payment process.
You will work closely with the Finance team to reconcile accounts payable transactions, monitor payment deadlines, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. In addition, you will handle vendor inquiries, resolve payment discrepancies, and maintain updated vendor records.
To succeed in this role, you must have strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Prior experience in accounts payable, knowledge of accounting principles, and proficiency in accounting software are highly desirable.
