Job Description
Work Schedule: Day Shift or Mid-Shift
Work Location: Hybrid in Binan, Laguna
Qualifications:
- Should be a graduate of a 4-year course (Bachelor’s degree holder or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years working experience
- Basic or general knowledge and understanding of accounting standards and procedures.
- Experience in using ERP systems (Oracle), Concur System, and Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is a plus.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be assigned the following or a combination of some of these activities:
- Process AP invoices including timely and accurate processing of invoices for the assigned entities
- Verify, investigate, and handle invoice discrepancies and invoices on hold for assigned entities and suppliers
- Handle and resolve inquiries from suppliers and stakeholders
- Perform pre-pay audits on selected employee expense reports in Concur
- Provide guidance and assistance to employees in Concur system navigation, expense processing, and questions related to WD’s Travel policy.
- Perform AP Potential Duplicate Invoices Review
Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 6 months
Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
