Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our dynamic team at Meter Laboratories Inc. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the company’s financial transactions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Your main tasks will include:
- Verifying and reconciling invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents
- Processing invoices for payment and preparing checks or electronic transfers
- Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions
- Resolving any discrepancies or issues with vendors
- Assisting in month-end and year-end financial closing processes
To excel in this role, you should have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar role is highly preferred.
