Job Description
We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team at MHS 800 BL. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for processing and managing all accounts payable transactions for the company.
Your main duties will include reviewing and verifying invoices, ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained, and accurately entering data into the accounting system. You will also be responsible for reconciling vendor statements, resolving any discrepancies, and initiating payments to vendors in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. You should have a solid understanding of accounting principles and be proficient in using accounting software.
