Job Description
What it’s about
- Responsible for processing accounts payable invoices for international offices
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and coordinate with accounting team
- Process incoming invoices and payments with mailbox management
- Verify bank account details through verbal confirmations
- Handle requests from internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain process documentation and assist in finance projects
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties
- Degree in finance or relevant field with 3-6 years experience
- Good analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines
- Independent working style, desire to learn and succeed
- Strong communication skills and MS-Office knowledge
- Experience in shared services and ERP systems
