Job Description
PBO Global is actively seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to enhance our finance team. The successful candidate will adeptly manage supplier invoices and customer payment transactions, reconcile accounts, and address any discrepancies that arise. Key responsibilities include overseeing the Accounts Payable email inbox and ensuring an organized filing system is maintained.
Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field, a minimum of one year of relevant experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, robust analytical skills, and strong communication capabilities.
This full-time position offers attractive benefits, including complimentary health insurance and on-site parking, with work hours scheduled from Monday through Friday during an eight-hour day shift.
