Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the verification and processing of payments
- Assures timely validation of invoices and processing of payments for Non-PO Goods and Services.
- Responsible in the verification and processing of employees advances, reimbursement/benefits and other related to employee welfare and development.
- Analysis and reconciliation of related accounts
- Monitoring and booking of monthly accrual on related expenses.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess BS in Accountancy (passed licensure examination is an advantage)
- With 2-4 years of work related experience in accounting.
- Oracle and Notes experience preferred but knowledge of other ERP management systems is acceptable
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Demonstrates strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to details.
