Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to manage vendor invoices, process payments, reconcile statements, and maintain accurate accounting records. Responsibilities include invoice verification, recording transactions in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks), resolving discrepancies, and supporting month‑end close activities.
- Minimum 2 years of Accounts Payable experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize independently
- Proficiency with accounting software and excellent communication skills
- Diploma in accounting or finance preferred
