Job Description
Work Set-Up: First 2-4 weeks onsite training, then hybrid (1 day onsite, 4 days remote per week).
Location: 19th Floor, CyberOne, Eastwood Ave, Bagumbayan, Quezon City, 1800 Metro Manila
Shift: Nightshift/graveyard
Job Summary: Responsible for processing invoices, payments for suppliers, and supporting business units.
Duties:
- Facilitate vendor payments, resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure accurate payments, identify opportunities, issue stop-payments when necessary.
- Perform payment activities, handle related duties.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Finance or related field
- 5+ years finance experience
- US client experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, keen on learning new systems
- Organized, detail-oriented, trustworthy
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,00.00 – Php60,00.00/month
Benefits: Work from home
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Evening and night shifts
Supplemental Pay: 13th-month salary
