Job Description
AP Specialist will be responsible for various Accounts Payable tasks, including Accounts Payable None Trade, Cash Advance, liquidation, reimbursements & 3rd Party Suppliers, Accounts Payable Trade, Bank Reconciliation (5 banks related to disbursing bank), Balance Sheet Schedules (Preparation, Reconciliation), Cash Advance for Liquidation, AP Trade – Local, AP Trade – Importation, AP Non-Trade, and GIP Monitoring.
Applicants must have experience in both Trade and Non-Trade Accounts Payable processing, knowledge in GL accounting, familiarity with Accounting systems (preferably SAP B1), advanced Excel skills, excellent oral communication skills in both Tagalog and English.
Preferred Course: BS Accountancy or any Business Course
