Job Description
Job Description:
- Preparing and scheduling accounts payable
- Generate weekly Budgeting financial report
- Handles petty cash funds
- Prepare and maintain financial records, monthly sales, purchases, and expenses report to be submitted to the external accounting.
- Preparing documents for bank-related transactions and reconciliation.
- Assisting in the follow-up and collections of past-due Accounts Receivable
- Responding to information requests, reviewing financial statements, and assisting with audits if needed by the external accounting.
- Performing clerical duties as and when required by senior management
Job Qualifications:
- Preferably a graduate of BS Accountancy/ Finance or any other related course.
- At least 2 years accounting experience.
- Has good Interpersonal & communication skills
- Knowledgeable in QuickBooks and MS Applications
- Amenable to work at Ecoland, Davao city
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
