Job Description
AMTRAK MACHINERIES & EQUIPMENT OPC is seeking an Accounts Payable Staff to handle various financial transactions and accounts payable duties. The position’s responsibilities include:
- Receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
- Tracking purchase orders and processing payments.
- Preparing and processing supplier payments.
- Maintaining accurate records of Accounts Payables transactions.
- Performing day-to-day financial transactions.
- Managing employee requests for cash-related transactions.
- Ensuring all invoices and receipts are accurate and properly documented.
