Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable Staff. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of all invoices and payments.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing invoices for accuracy and completeness
- Coding invoices to the appropriate accounts
- Entering invoices into the accounting system
- Preparing and processing payment batches
- Reconciling vendor statements
- Resolving discrepancies and issues with vendors
To excel in this position, you should have a strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel is also required. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team are essential.
