Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any accounting related courses or financial management
- Related work experience is an advantage
- Good in verbal and written communication
- Willing to start immediately in Angeles City main office
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process vendor invoices, verifies accuracy, ensures proper authorization, and ensures timely payment
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolves discrepancies
- Performs three-way matching (P.O, D.O, S.I)
- Prepares aging of payables
- Performs tasks that may be assigned from time to time
