Job Description
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a 4-year course (Bachelor’s degree holder or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year working experience.
- Basic knowledge of accounting standards and procedures.
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle), Concur System, and Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Stable internet connection for work from home (with occasional office reporting)
- Full mid-shift work schedule, Monday to Friday
- Initial 5-month contract with potential for extension based on performance
Responsibilities:
- Process AP invoices accurately and timely
- Handle invoice discrepancies and inquiries
- Assist in Concur system navigation and expense processing
- Perform AP audits and review potential duplicate invoices
